Observed one (1) adult Monarch flying at a height of four (4) feet lazily flying from bush to bush. Beautiful day with full sunshine, light breeze, location was 2-3 blocks West of Treasure Island Condos and first street North of the Gulf. Temperature 60's F. I was driving my car so this observation is brief. (( I am in Florida Jan., Feb., & Mar.)
