I participate in a Bald Eagle monitoring program through the WI DNR. We had a watch/count this morning along the Fox River in Appleton. I was at my spot at 7 am. There were at least 2 dozen robins in the berry bushes along the river. There were also at least 2 dozen Cedar Waxwings in the same area.
