I was out back on my balcony, feeding the birds @ my condo, in Toronto, Canada, everywhere looks like a Xmas Card :), and I heard & saw 2 robins in the nearby trees. I was amazed as usually they return in late February & March. Maybe they did not actually leave! But I have not seen any during the rest of the winter.
