I was walking through a dried creek bottom and I felt like I walked through a "swarm" of robins, there were dozens, flitting and flying low by the brush and willows. I almost had to watch my step to keep from accidently stepping on one. There were SO many! It was a warm day in Denver, but I thought it very strange to see robins in January. I moved to the area in the fall so I don't know if it's a normal occurance.
