Hummingbird, Other Species Sighted
Sightings report image

Date: 02/02/2014

Number: 1

I believe this may be a Female Allen's Hummingbird. Would love if someone could help identify her... She has been here all winter, which is rare for any hummingbird. *Editor: It would be extremely unusual to see an Allens, which breeds along coastal California and southern Oregon. This bird is probably a female rufous.
