Today was sunny and very cold here, about a foot of snow on the ground, high temperature of 15 above zero. Saw several groups of a dozen or so robins apiece. Mostly they were resting in a tree or flying from tree to tree in our yard. I never expect to see robins when there is still so much snow on the ground, when it is clearly still winter. They seemed healthy. We have a lot of berries on our bushes so they'll probably have food. It is great to see robins - especially after such a long cold winter!
