Saw a wave of Robins - must have been 60-75 of them in a large group in the trees around our house. Was actually very surprised, as it not only seemed pretty early but we have also had some very frigid temperatures in Iowa this year. We have already had over 30" of snow; there is still at least 14-18" on the ground still; and we have had over 30 days below zero degrees (normal they say is like 18 days, and we still have quite a ways to go).
