hundreds 350-400+ seen in my daughter's yard and the neighbors yard...she said they have been there for a day or two...with no exageration, you could not walk five feet in any direction without running into robins, all hopping and running in that behavior they do...digging busily in the pine shats and lawn...it was kind of frightening! they were everywhere, the front back and sides of the house yard and the neighbors yard...could have been more in the neighborhood but we were absorbed by those near us...I am speaking of an area about 1/2 - 3/4 of an acre. it is not unusual for her to have a wave of robins but this was an abnormally high number of birds...wonder if others are seeing these exceptional numbers?
