I saw a one on a roof with snow cover--noticed there were a couple of more flying around. I took some snapshots.

And later by a window I saw like 4 or 5 them under small trees--1 was off in the opposite direction by himself. All were close to building where there was no ice or snow cover. Took a couple of snaps of those as well.
