Mrs. Wiggins' third grade class, 3B, planted 21 tulip bulbs. We planted them later than we planned due to schedule issues. Because we planted late we suspect that they may emerge late too. We followed protocol and planted each bulb 7 inches deep and 4 inches apart. It was a partially sunny and cold day for the Lowcountry. Three people watered the planter that is in our bus loop.
