These tulips actually began emerging just before February which
certainly seemed strange to me since we had very unusually cold
weather. The hyacinths are also beginning to emerge. I must admit
they are near the back entryway so it's probably warmer than on the northside of the house where more tulips, hyacinths, crocus
are waiting to come up.
