While observing birds in the bird feeder on our back deck a robin flew into the tree next to our deck. We watched it for a few minutes until it flew away. Although we have had a ton of rain overnight, there is still a good deal of snow and ice around. We aren't sure how it will get food. Maybe he/she is an optimistic thinker! :)

We tried to get a camera in time, but we didn't move fast enough.
