My neighbor gave me some flower bulbs to plant. We've been having warm weather before the next cold spell is expected to move in. I was planting the bulbs this afternoon in an existing bed that had alot of laying leaves on it. When I took out my first scoop of dirt, to my surprise, there was a big, fat earthworm in the hole.
