Robins flitting about in trees in woods and in neighbor's yard. Heard a bit of singing in the trees. 39 degree morning, snow and ice still partially cover the ground, but melting is underway.

March 17: I think it was the dawn song, but I didn't record it and can't say for sure. We have lots of robins out and about, but I haven't heard any more singing since...perhaps because we had a cold spell with some snow over the weekend.
