In addition to about 4 Anna's that spent the winter here, I've had several extra hummers for the past few weeks. At 7:20 tonight I was on my back porch, near one of my feeders. At least 3 hummers were vying for space at the feeder and 1 of them spread its tail feathers in an aggressive display to another. Altho silhouetted against the fading light, I saw color in those feathers that clearly told me I was looking at a Rufous. Tomorrow I will trying to get a better visual and see if I can spot more than 1 Rufous.
