My day was made when I saw my first female Rufous for 2014 yesterday evening in Vancouver, WA. She has chosen one of my feeders as her favorite and she and my male Annas' have been battling with each other. She is feisty and holds her own. She has continually come back to the feeder today and I'm hoping she sticks around for awhile. I love my year round Annas but I am very partial to the Rufous.
