We planted common milkweed seeds in the fall. Our students were worried because of the unusual cold temperatures we have experienced this winter accompanied by snow and ice. To our surprise we may end up with a nice healthy bed, many seeds are beginning to sprout. We are ready for the return of the monarchs!
