Not sure exactly where we saw it. It was overhead flying northward above our car on the northbound side of I 93. It was snowing a bit and there was snow on the trees, very cold out. It was somewhere between Ashland and West Campton on the East side of the road. Definitely a bald eagle, white head, white tail from underneath.
