I saw a Bald Eagle soaring over the pine trees while I was in the MN Point nature area. I had stopped for a few minutes to absorb the peacefulness and beauty of the tall, old pines. As I was looking up towards the tops of the trees and sky I saw a brave soul flying overhead very quietly, alone and with grace! The day was cold and very windy. I was impressed with the determination of this winged one to fly against that cold north wind.
