Total of ten adult Bald eagles spotted today! About eight miles west of Thief River Falls on Hwy 1, five adult eagles on the ground waiting their turn at road killed deer. About a 1 1/2 miles north of the road kill another five eagles roosting in the trees. These were not the same eagles, as it was only a few minutes after passing the ones on the ground that I spotted the ones in the trees.
