At approximately 7:30 a.m.,I first heard a zeeup call from a single robin outside of my house,very clear and loud. This was just before dawn. After that I heard the beautiful cardinal singing welcoming the dawn. I have not seen any robins since my last observation.It is still rather cold in the mornings so i usually check the berry tree out front of my neighbors house facing north.I saw a total of 5 robins plucking the fruit from the tree and eating them on the grass. Now, where's my camera!! Male robin #6 is nestled between the two main branches from my 40+ old maple tree right outside my front door!No singing very windy!
