Yesterday (03/27/14) afternoon my wife, Birgit, and I saw two Monarchs in the gardens beside the South Padre Island (SPI) Convention Center and another at the SPI Sheepshead Street property (South Padre Island Migratory Bird Sanctuary) of the Valley Land Fund.
