My technician saw a monarch flying within 0.5 miles of the Oklahoma City Zoo at 2 pm on Sunday March 30th. It was flying through urban/suburban habitat.

This technician is a senior in the Entomology Dept. at Oklahoma State University, and has extensive experience with insect identification.
