Today Mrs. Baker's first grade class reports Eisenhower Elementary had eight of our tulips finally bloom. How lucky are we? We have worked hard on them, planting them, measuring them, photographing them, and documenting our experiment in a portfolio. That's how we are lucky! It was a windy day, and pretty warm at 68.8 degrees F. We are waiting to see the remaining one hundred twenty bloom!

Our tulips have six red petals, and yellow and purple inside.
