Well, I guess since the temperature was 59 degrees and I was able to sit outside and listen for birds and survey my yard and reflex on which perennials survived the winter with the heavy ice amounts. I did have a loss. The succulents such as the Hen and Chickens were frozen even though I tried to provide some mulch coverage. I will consider this as Spring has Sprung in our location. The Snowdrops have opened and are blooming.
