Lovely weather, overcast with light sprinkles, gently breezy, around 75 degrees F. Went outside around noon and saw a mating pair flying and a male nectaring on a yellow thistle flower. From a distance saw a few monarchs flying low over the pasture appearing to be egg-laying. The photo is of a milkweed with 3 monarch eggs on it.
