Positive ID of an adult male Calliope hummingbird who stopped at two of my feeders before 6:00 AM this morning. He was quite hungry and then rested long enough to get a good look at him. He knew the exact location of the feeders, so I believe he is a return from last season. This photo is of a juvenile calliope from last season.
