We planted one group of tulips on November 21, 2013. Another group was planted on December 2, 2013. The tulips that did not get planted, were used for observations. We saw our first blooms on April 8th. The other group of tulips are budding. We are able to see the roots and leaves with our observation tulips. They are not expected to bloom.
