I was walking war trail at Cooperfield overlooking Wilcox Lake in Petersburg VA. When I noticed to birds flying overhead. They were bald eagles...black with white heads and some white on tail. They simply beautiful. I never knew bald eagles were in Virginia. Sorry I didn't have time to take pictures.
