I saw a bald eagle in the Miller Yard section of Dungannon Virginia while I was fishing on the Clinch River. It was around 11:00 a.m. There are some shooters that roam around shooting animals for the fun of it. I'm concerned for it's safety. Thank you, Ed Stanley
