One very large Ruby Throated hummer buzzed by me while trimming my gardenias and headed toward my open back screenporch door. I knew immediately what it saw - the red silk flowers in a pot! I said a silent prayer it wouldn't figure how to get in. Thank goodness the dogs moved on the deck and scared it away. Time to move the red silk flowers into the attic! Welcome back hummers!
