Spotted one lone male hummingbird at my feeder at approximately 3:30 PM. He drank nectar, and was gone as fast as he appeared. I haven't sighted any more birds since. I have only sighted ruby- throated hummingbirds in my area, but this one was unusually dark in color....almost seemed to be black, so it could have been a different type.
