A single Monarch butterfly passed through my garden at 3:45 this afternoon. It was worn and faded. I could not determine its sex. Winds were fairly calm with a clear blue sky, and about 80 degrees. Two days ago Forsyth and surrounding area experienced very strong Southwest winds.
