I put out the feeder with sugar water on Saturday 4/12/14.It was located in the front of the house. On Monday morning the 14th I had opened my curtains and to my delight the hummingbird came to the feeder.
On Monday, 4/21/14, late in the afternoon the hummingbird came to a feeder I have attached to the window in my sunroom in the back of the house. I am delighted with the return of the hummingbirds.
I also have a Bluebird house with five eggs. Now just waiting for them to hatch.
