Our Tulips Have Finally Emerged!
After a very long, cold and snowy winter that felt like it would never end, one tulip has emerged! We went out today on Earth Day, after coming back from our Easter holiday. The snow had melted off of the garden. On April 1st, there was still 85cm of snow on it! We saw one tulip coming up through the soil. It was a cold and cloudy day. We still had snow flurries on the weekend. We are hoping that more will emerge.
