We were all surprised when we got back to school after spring break to see our tulips had emerged! As we went to observe them, we saw green, purple and red pointed leaves. We also noticed the stem shooting out of the middle. When we measured them we found different heights of three to five inches tall. We also noticed tulips emerging from last year,s plantings. Most of us predicted the tulips would bloom in May.
