In weeding a flower bed I noticed several caterpillars of different sizes on a plant that I had been unsure whether it was milk weed or not. It is growth from a plant last year that did not die all the way back and has put on new growth. It is only about 6 inches tall and does not look very healthy at all. The caterpillars are eating it but it will not be able to sustain all of the caterpillars :(
