So much cold weather...White oaks are slow to leaf out this year.

Flowering trees like pear and dogwood have been flowering for a week. My nice little dogwood is dead after being in the ground 3 years...too much snow and extreme cold winds in the winter. I have also lost 3 azaleas due to same weather.
