I had put a sugar water feeder out yesterday for my Scarlet Tanager. Today (5/7) at about 10:30 a.m. there were 2 Baltimore Orioles (1M & 1F)feeding out of it. I hurried to get my grape jelly feeders out for them. Time to get the horse hair out for nesting too. Last year they showed up on 4/30. Also a little added note: While carrying out another sugar water feeder, a Ruby-Throated HB (1st this year) landed on it and started feeding. It's about 57 degrees and very windy today.
