Hummingbird, Ruby-throated (FIRST)

Date: 05/04/2014

Number: 1

I had changed the nectar in 2 feeders because a male Baltimore oriole was feeding from them and then low and behold I saw a female hummingbird at the fresh nectar feeder. I went back in the house and made more nectar and now I put all 4 of my hummingbird feeders out with fresh nectar. Oh what a sight considering we set a new record for snowfall. I was beginning to think Spring would never arrive.
