The first Orioles were here yesterday, May 6, but this morning there were many more, (Baltimore and Orchard) more than a half dozen males and several females. The Rose Breasted Grosbeaks were here too and numbered over 5. Counting can be difficult but the oranges, jelly and sugar water feeders will have to be replenished soon and the Grosbeaks have found the sunflower seed. Now if the hummingbirds would just arrive we could relax.
