At first I thought it was a cardinal, but on closer observation realized it was an oriole. Funny...I put an oriole feeder up several years ago, and never got one. All that came to it was hummingbirds. Noticing from the hummingbird migration map yesterday, that they are back in our area, I put our hummer feeder up last night. Our oriole tried his best to get something out of that feeder! Put up an oriole feeder this morning...hopefully he, and they will try that out.
