After looking at the Hummingbird map on Journey North and noticing that the hummers were getting close, I decided it was time to get the feeder out of my garden closet. As I walked out on my back step with the feeder in my hand, I was 'buzzed' by a male ruby throated hummingbird. I guess it was his way of saying "hurry up with that feeder, I'm hungry!"
