We finally have a warm day and spring has officially arrived in Madison, Wisconsin. After school, this sight greeted students and teachers as they went home in the 80 degree weather to enjoy the sun and the warmth. Aren't the flowers beautiful? We must have lost some of the plants to the rabbits who like to munch, but there are still enough to enjoy. Today our first graders went out to look at them and they will measure the height of the stems. They are taller than last year.
