A lovely little male (small size) visited one of our feeders just outside our window on the morning of May 11/14. Thank heavens, I was beginning to give up hope as last year there were hardly any around, and I never knew the reason why, as in previous years they have been quite abundant here. I thought there may have been a die off on their migration back last Spring when the awful Ice Storm hit in late Spring. Hopefully we'll see a few more in the coming weeks.
