Mississippi kite on Pelee island

We have seen it twice, at 16:05 and 16:25. We are watching from the corner
of east west road and Henderson road in the middle of the island. Raptors
are moving along the east edge of the island. We heard that the kite was
also seen at Sheridan Point at about 14:30.
