Found 5 second in-star larvae while looking through a couple of patches of Common Milkweed (Asclepias syriaca) at Horseshoe Farm Park in north Raleigh. I will be working with some middle school students this week adding additional milkweed plants at the site...part of the Bring Back the Monarchs campaign to plant milkweed.
