Milkweed plants are measuring 5-9 inches & growing rapidly on May 17. Approx. 2 dz. shoots spotted in my gardens.

I'm going to estimate that the milkweed popped up about May 9. I didn't see any between May 1 -6 then suddenly I spotted a few plants up about an inch or so on Mother's Day.
