11:00ish ... spotted a monarch in the same area of my backyard as exactly a year ago (5/20). From a distance, it appeared to be a young male seeking nectare. The weather is pleasant with a gentle breeze from the south. Height among the various milkweed in the yard ranges from a few inches to a couple of feet.
