I observed my first Monarch butterflies of the season today at he MN Landscape Arboretum. One was seen around 11:00 a.m and the other around noon.

Winds were out of the NW 10-15 mph.
It was a mostly cloudy and cool. But the Monarchs were seen as soon as the clouds broke. Temp 60 F.
One Monarch was fresh looking, the other a little less fresh looking.
